The Swedish far- ri ht’s incl. SD ’ s) racial ideology environment ” The racial ideological environment consists of groups and actors who wants to form a homogenous society, based on what they regards as ”hiteness”. Encompassed within this spectra is the national socialist race principle [e.g. eugenics and the superity of an Ayran race] but also ethno-nationalistist standpoints. The racial ideological groups are Anti-Semitic and joined through their resistance towards liberal democracy. [...] The racial ideological environment is part of the radical nationalistic landscape [in Sweden]. The Sverigedemokraterna [the Swedish Democrats, SD, the third largest party in the Swedish parliament in 2014 1 ] is also part of the radical atioalistic ladscape due to its ephasis o ”cultural atioalis”. A number of other nationalistic and populistic actors are also included. The radical nationalistic environment is not uniformor coherent. SD are not Nazi’s, and Nazis tends to ie SD as traitors or een part of the Jeish orld consipracy. Hoeer, the racial ideological environment still share some rethorics with the rest of the radical nationalistic groups. They [the racialideologicalgroups] view feminists, liberals and socialists as their political enemies. They spread and adopt anti-Muslim ideas, proport a populist narrative, and depict refugees as a threat to the nation. For these reasons, links are formed-in particular on the Internet-between the racial ideological environment and the rest of the radical nationalistic landscape. Even if they are far apart, on paper ”2 . References: 1. SCB (2018). From five to eight parties in the Parliament. Election results 1973-2014.
