Poštovani ulagači, Varaždinska županija, pored toga što je najkonkurentnija županija u Republici Hrvatskoj, kontinuirano radi na gospodarskom razvoju, kroz ulaganje u ekonomski razvoj svojih zona, korištenje sredstava EU fondova, unaprjeđenje radnointenzivne industrije, podizanje razina edukacije različitih dionika diljem Županije te iznad svega, privlačenje visokokvalitetnih domaćih i stranih ulaganja kako bi se očuvalo postojeća radna mjesta te stvorilo uvjete za novo zapošljavanje. Posljednjih godina se nalazimo u vrhu po konkurentnosti kao i na ljestvici regija koje imaju najveći izvoz iz Hrvatske te smo jedna od rijetkih županija koje imaju pozitivnu bilancu uvoza/izvoza u korist izvoza, a što je prema zadnje dostupnim podacima na razini većoj od 2,9 milijarde kuna. Nezaposlenost u Županiji je ispod državne razine. Najveći resursi regije su zapravo poduzetnici, koji su pored zaposlenika koje zapošljavaju, a koji još uvijek imaju plaće 18,3% ispod državnog prosjeka, ostvarili izvrsne poslovne rezultate. Varaždinska županija nudi brojne kompetitivne prednosti ulagačima, kao što su: obrazovana radna snaga u Županiji sa najdužom tradicijom industrijske proizvodnje, vlasništvo s riješenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima, izrađena prostornoplanska dokumentacija, građevinske dozvole izdaju se u najkraćem mogućem roku, sva potrebna komunalna infrastruktura - sve to omogućuje realizaciju ulaganja u jako kratkom roku. Tri poslovne zone, u Gornjem Knegincu, Jalžabetu i Lepoglavi imaju ICPR certifikate. Sve navedene prednosti mogu potvrditi sa svojim pozitivnim iskustvima poduzetnici koji već posluju u našim poslovnim zonama, kao i pružiti motivaciju svakom ulagaču za ulaganje upravo u Varaždinsku županiju. Dear investors, Cher Investisseur, Varaždin county, in addition to being the most competitive county in Croatia, continuously works on economic development through investment in the economic development of the business zones, use of EU funds, the improvement of laborintensive industries, raising the level of education all over the county, and above all, to attract highquality domestic and foreign investment in order to preserve existing jobs to create the conditions for new employment is being done. In the recent years, we are at the top of the rankings regarding competitiveness as well as being among the regions that have the largest Croatian export and are one of few counties that have a positive balance of the import/export in favour of exports, which is according to the latest available data at the value of more than 2.9 billion kuna. The unemployment in the county is below the national-average. The biggest resources in the region are in fact entrepreneurs, who alongside their employees, managed to achieve outstanding business results, especially taking into consideration the 18,3% lower salaries than the national average. The Varaždin county offers many competitive advantages to the investors, such as: educated labour force in the county with the longest tradition of industrial production, regulated ownership, spatial documentation, building permits being issued as soon as possible, all the necessary municipal infrastructure - all this allows the realization of any investment in a very short period of time. The three business areas, in Gornji Kneginec, Jalžabet and Lepoglava have ICPR certificates. All these benefits can be confirmed by the entrepreneurs with their positive experiences, who are already doing business in our business zones, as well as provide motivation to each investor interested to invest in the Varaždin county. Our wish, on which we re working hard to accomplish, is to become a region that offers its residents the highest quality of life and work through investment in the economy and education, two development and moving strengths. Our goal is for our county, but also the region, to have a dynamic economy in which the advanced, modern information and communications industry are the main focus. The Varaždin county, in addition to its rich history and a successful present, certainly has a promising future. Le Comté de Varaždin, en outre d être un des comtés croates les plus compétitifs, travaille continûment sur le développement économique en soutenant les régions d affaires, en utilisant les fonds de l UE, en améliorant les industries de forte intensité de main-d œuvre, en haussant le niveau d éducation à travers le comté, et surtout en attirant l investissement local et étranger de haute qualité pour préserver les emplois existants et créer des conditions pour les nouveaux emplois. Au cours de ces dernières années nous sommes classés au sommet de la liste de toutes les régions avec un haut taux d exportation et nous sommes parmi peu de comtés qui ont une balance commerciale positive en faveur de l exportation qui est estimée à 2.9 milliards de kunas, selon les données les plus récentes. Le chômage dans le Comté de Varaždin est inférieur au niveau national. Les «ressources» les plus importantes dans la région sont les entrepreneurs qui ont, aux côtés de leurs employés, réussi à obtenir des résultats d affaires exceptionnels, notamment en prenant en considération le salaire local moyen qui est 18.3% plus bas que le salaire moyen national. Le Comté de Varaždin offre à ses investisseurs de nombreux avantages compétitifs comme: la présence sur place d une force de travail éduquée avec la plus longue tradition de production industrielle, une propriété foncière simple et sécurisée, l aménagement du territoire organisée et développée, l obtention rapide des permis de bâtir, la présence de l infrastructure municipal nécessaire - tout cela permet la réalisation très rapide des investissements.
